After years of dedication, compassion, and service, the Van Buren Intermediate School District proudly celebrates its 2026 retirees. This group of educators and staff members leaves behind a legacy defined by respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence- core values that have shaped their daily work and long-standing commitment to students, families, and colleagues.
Throughout their careers, these individuals have supported learners of all ages and abilities, strengthened programs across departments, and contributed to a culture of care and professionalism. Whether in the classroom, behind the scenes, or leading programs, their impact has been felt in meaningful and lasting ways. They have demonstrated what it means to serve with heart and purpose, meeting challenges with patience, showing kindness in every interaction, and consistently striving for excellence in all they do.
Their work has not only supported student growth but has also strengthened the broader VBISD community. The relationships they built, the lives they touched, and the standards they upheld will continue to influence the district for years to come.
