MASA Impact is a new initiative from the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators designed to directly support school communities across the state. Van Buren Intermediate School District has been selected as the next MASA Impact recipient!

Through this partnership, VBISD and MASA provided winter weather totes to approximately 300 multilingual and migrant families across Van Buren County. The MASA team, along with their partners, delivered some of the totes to select students in Van Buren County today. Students were thrilled to receive the bags filled with hats, gloves, and other winter essentials. The excitement and smiles on the children’s faces made the day truly special, highlighting the meaningful impact of this initiative on families across the community.

MASA Impact grew from MASA staff’s commitment to meaningful volunteerism and direct engagement with districts. VBISD is proud to be a recipient this year and looks forward to the positive impact this initiative will have on our community!
