Michigan Migrant Education Eligibility:

A migratory child is a child, under age 22, who is - or whose parent, spouse, or guardian is - a migratory agricultural worker -- including a migratory dairy worker, or a migratory fisher. In addition in the family or the student must have moved in the preceding 36 months, in order to obtain temporary or seasonal employment in agricultural or fishing.
