Weekend Rental Information

(Pricing is based on an 8-hour event.  

Additional time will be $55/per hour.)

A $200.00 Refundable Deposit is required at the signing of the contract.

*May incur additional costs based on staffing needs.  TBD by the Event Coordinator prior to the event date.

Public Pricing

  • Full Conference Center - $500

  • Individual Room Rental - $350

Non-Profit Pricing

  • Full Conference Center - $250

Rules for Events:

  • No tables/chairs on the dance floor. 

  • No red/orange drinks. 

  • No candles/fog machines. 

  • No glitter/confetti.

  • No scotch/masking tape on walls/furniture. 

  • No movement of the Board Table/Credenza.

  • Smoking and alcohol are prohibited on any VBISD property and will result in the contacting of authorities, your event being asked to leave the premises, and forfeiting your refundable deposit.
