Cellular Enhancement System

The Van Buren Intermediate School District is now accepting bids for the deployment of a cellular enhancement system to boost cell reception at the Van Buren Tech, 250 South Street, Lawrence, MI 49064 as outlined in the Specifications. Bid packets are available for download by clicking here. Bids are due May 20, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Van Buren Intermediate School District Business Office, 490 S. Paw Paw Street, Lawrence, MI 49064, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and returned unopened. The Board of Education shall not accept a bid unless it includes both sworn and notarized familial affidavit and Iran linked business affidavit. The Van Buren Intermediate School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities which it deems to be in the best interest of Van Buren Intermediate School District, and the right to award the contract to other than lowest bidder. 

IP Clocks and Paging

The Van Buren Intermediate School District is now accepting bids for replacing analog speakers with combination IP speakers and clocks at the Maple Creek Education Center, 30 South Walnut Street, Bangor, MI 49013 and Community-based Transition Center, 811 Hazen Street, Paw Paw, MI 49079 as outlined in the Specifications. Permanent and Temporary Staffing Services

The Van Buren Intermediate School District (Van Buren ISD) and the local school districts in Van Buren County (the Consortium), are requesting quotations from qualified Contractors to provide Permanent and Temporary (Non-Substitute) Staffing Services.  The Consortium is seeking a two (2) year contract that may be automatically renewed annually thereafter up to three (3) years by mutual agreement of both parties.
