Current Bids and Proposals
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, and the limited amount of “face-to-face” interaction among different groups, we are going out for a one-year bid at this time. In the Spring / Summer of 2021 we will be going out for a three-year bid.
The Van Buren County Consortium, a purchasing pool of constituent school districts, is seeking proposals from eligible carriers to provide medical, dental, vision and other benefits to the eligible employees. Proposals for benefit plans are due on or before 4 p.m. EST on October 26, 2020. Proposals must be submitted in writing. Proposals received after the deadline or transmitted orally will not be considered. All proposed plans should be provided on a fully-insured or self-funded basis.
