Winter, 2007 Classes:
Principles of Sociology- 3 Credits- Mondays- Wednesdays-
8:00- 9:30 a.m., Lake Michigan College. The instructor will be
predominantly based in Decatur.
Principles of human association and interaction, with emphasis on
interrelationship of heredity, environment, culture, groups, and
institutions in the life of humans and society.
Introduction to Psychology- 3 Credits- Mondays-
Thursdays- 12:20 – 1:50 p.m., Lake Michigan College. The instructor will
be predominantly in Lawrence.
Description, understanding and control of human behavior. Two-fold aims:
increase student ability to understand self and others and make more
satisfactory adjustments to life and introduction to the field of
Psychology.
History of Western Civilization 2- 3 credits- Tuesdays-
Thursdays- 8:00 – 9:20 a.m. Kalamazoo Valley Community College. The
instructor will be predominantly in Lawrence.
This course provides a consideration of the movements and events from
which modern Western institutions and culture have evolved from the 17th
Century to Modern Times.
