DECA is a national association of marketing students. DECA has over
180,000 student and teacher members nationwide. Marketing students
are all members of the Van Buren Technology Center DECA Chapter.
DECA members participate in educational and leadership activities that
will prepare them for careers in marketing and management. The DECA
organization utilizes on-the-job experience, chapter projects, and a
program of competitive events in specific marketing occupational areas.
