Detail, and Business Customer Service. Business detail
involves using computers to do work processing, Business Management and Finance, develop
software for different applications, or keep computers operating
effectively. People in this branch tend to be well organized and
enjoy detail work.
Customer service work involves persuading people to purchase goods or
services. Sales involves product knowledge and interpersonal skills.
Management may range from overseeing a small group of office workers to
overseeing the operation of a large business.
