Curriculum and task evaluations are considered when developing program goals, industry expectations and individual student needs.  Categories for evaluation are:

• Job Specialty Skills  (Does the student know the job?)
• Job Dependability Skills (Is the student punctual and committed?)
• Interpersonal Skills (Does the student work well with others?)

Upon satisfactory completion of program requirements, students earn a Certificate of Completion.  All students develop a resume and portfolio that may be used in their job search or future training.  Students also have the opportunity to receive on-the-job training while enrolled at VBTC.
