Learn and apply marketing skills that provide students with the opportunity to be successful in today’s highly competitive marketing environment, or learn about small business ownership and organization, including the marketing principles necessary to start and operate your own business. This class is a combination of on-line, classroom, and work experience. Students also have the opportunity to work in the Marketing program’s retail business, the "Snack Shack." Participation and competition in the national DECA student organization is encouraged for all students.
I like this class...
I have lots of fun but I also learn so much about the field of business. Being online was very interesting. All of my assignments were online so if I didn’t finish my work in class then I could easily do it at my house. I competed in DECA and went to the state competition. It was very fun.
