MSU-VBISD High school Equivalency program (HEP) - This is a collaboration between MSU-HEP and VBISD to provide GED instruction to migrant students age 16 to 21. This program will restart in the fall.
Project HOME (Home-based Outreached Migrant Education) - Provides educational materials and instruction to students age 3 to 21 that do not attend summer school.
Hispanic College Day is a day that is dedicated to provide post secondary awareness to 500 Hispanic and migrant students in south west Michigan . It is hosted at either at a college or university campus. On May 7th, 2010 it is slated to be at Western Michigan Universities Bernhard Center. Activities include a Latino career panel, Latino college panel and a Latino motivational speaker.
E.S.L: English classes are given every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m to 9 p.m at the Technology Center.
E.S.L: English classes are given Tuesday and Thursday from 4 p.m to 7 p.m at Covert High School.
G.E.D: Classes are given in both English and Spanish from 6 p.m to 9 p.m on Mondays thru Thursdays at the Technology Center.
