Welcome to VBISD Special Education Programs and Services.
The goal of the Special Education Department is to assure that all students with disabilities from birth to 26 years of age receive a free and appropriate public education in the least restrictive environment. Achieving this goal requires the delivery of programs and services in a variety of settings individually designed to meet student needs.
